After growing up in commercial construction, Lance Calvert (owner of RCS) was introduced to the national facility management industry. Lance received a repair service request from a major retailer in 1999. Soon after performing that repair and developing a long-term customer relationship, Lance’s path to building a national facility management company began. After years in commercial buildout and remodels, Lance set his sights on being an expert in repairs for multi-location retailers and restaurants.
Continuing to service the repair needs of retailers and restaurant chains throughout the metro Atlanta area, Lance took every customer phone call and completed paperwork late into the evenings. After a few years, he hired 3 field techs, then was afforded the time to staff and train an office team. Earning the trust of a couple of chain store organizations, RCS went on to support large multi-location customers – serving them in almost every capacity of maintenance and repair throughout the United States. After 17+ years, Lance says that his staff is quite seasoned and very dedicated. He’s very proud of the team and the many vendor partners who have been so loyal throughout the years. Lance notes: “We are grateful and humbled by the opportunities that we are experiencing right now”.
